Description	Within 22 days of July 2012 in the Urals even not a single drop of rain fell, and the average temperature of the first two months of the summer was higher than the corresponding figures at the world's biggest resorts - Antalya, Pattaya, Barcelona. According to the regional chief meteorologist, July 18 was the hottest day in Yekaterinburg in the last 75 years. The temperature that day reached 37.1 degrees centigrade. The city residents were literally left to languish in the heat. The demand for air conditioners and fans has rapidly increased. Unusual weather prompted us to the idea of a custom installation to promote the online home appliances store e96.ru. Decision: Perpetuating a very hot summer, we decided to build a three meter bright orange monument to the fan.
