Challenge
To develop a positive advertising campaign for www.lastrada.by – free expert consulting service specializing in safe travels abroad.

Idea
The majority of our fellow citizens are very poor when it comes to English. In series of print ads we made a little joke about it: using phrases that look like questions from a conversation book we showed difficulties that anyone who travels abroad can face. To avoid them you’d better use the safe travel advice from the www.lastrada.by consulting service and ask everything while you are here. This way you'll get answers in language that you really understand.

Results
• We have received very positive feedback on the work both from the client and the target audience during focus group, and also from our competitors.
• The visuals we’ve created have formed the basis for banner advertising campaign. 600,000 hits during the first month have shown the following results:
o Website traffic increased by 30%.
o The number of online requests for consultations increased to 25%.
o The number of calls to the La Strada hotline has risen by 10%, although such goal was not set. People visited the website, saw the information line phone number and called for the advice.
