Description | Background: Legenda Intelligent Development creates a new category of “smart” flat planning. "Smart" means a rejection from absurd corridors, disproportionate rooms, illogical angles ... As a result, it becomes possible to get much more storage space from common square meters. Challenge: To exaggerate the problem of awkward plans for appartements, claiming "smart" decision of Legenda Intelligent Development. Solution: We developed neologisms that emphasize the need for personal space for each member of the family in accordance with their interests.
