Description | Anytime, in any Weather!.. - Digital Banking Problem: In 2012, TBC Bank updated its digital services to make banking easier for customers. However, people still keep crowding physical locations even for minor financial operations. Challenge: Our challenge was to convince public to give digital banking a shot. Solution: We blended three influential components of every decision - time, weather, and caring advice into tailored banners. Each banner provided a realistic glimpse of the world outside at that exact time and location. Highlighting simple dynamic truth, banners generated complex individual arguments why Digital Banking is more convenient than actually going to a bank - "Anytime, in any Weather!.." For instance, in a Snowy Day a caring advice is as follows: "Why you should go to the bank in such a cold weather, when you can use Digital Banking!.." At Night, 05:00am - "We don't know why you could need a bank at this very moment, but if you do, use Digital Banking, we never close!.." As we wanted to highlight the geographical location of a Digital Bank, on mouse-over users are getting a very simple message: "Nearest bank is only one click away!.." You may say, why somebody should do so many stuff with the simple banners... Well, we did it and they are not simple any more... |
