The company was founded by a former top-manager of one of the largest players at the market of contextual advertising. So the company is actively used the fame of its leader. In an effort to stay within a small, but effective company, working only with a few large clients, iChance was important not to lose those who came upon the recommendations. The сhallenge: After receiving a recommendation, the potential client switched on the old website ichance.ru and he got lost in the structure, descriptions, terms. Instead of continuing a confidential conversation, the client found himself on the usual corporate site. A lot of loyal customers after visiting the site did not contact with iChance. The goal: iChance competes with a huge promotion factories. For this reason, the new website has to highlight the concept of "manual settings", briefly and accessibly tells users what is the company. Most importantly, to confirm the expectations of loyal customers, that is iChance differents from other players at the market in its approach, words and actions. The idea: iChance is recommend by others. These recommendations are related often to the key employees who value their name and don't deliver on one's promises.
