Description | Situation: One of “Beer Point” chain pubs in Kiev is located at “Blockbuster” Mall, where families and loving couples usually spend their day-off. A man would be glad to toss a pint or two, yet he has come to “Blockbuster” with a lady, and family day-off or romantic date has nothing to do with attending a pub. At the same time, only flyers were budgeted for the promo-campaign. Goal: - Increase “Beer Point” pub attendance at “Blockbuster” Mall by 10%. Solution: Let’s make women become initiators for visiting a pub! Idea: Distribute flyers among women who’re accompanied by men. For “Blockbuster” female guests we had the advantage of kindness and bribery. Results: - “Beer Point” pub attendance at “Blockbuster” Mall increased by 26%, which is twice as much as the result planned, and leveled up to the average chain result. - Pub’s gain made 17 000 USD compared to promo expenses of 1 500 USD. - 90% of respondents in pub’s survey called “Beer point” the best place of “Blockbuster” Mall. |
