ProductPermian animal style
DescriptionPerm animal style was an important stage of culture and history. Ancient artists near the Ural mountains depicted images of their life on bronze plates. Today it lost its fame, no one remembers it, it doesn’t attract people.
New faces is a joint project with Vitamin Group and KAMWA (Perm Regional Public Organization for Promoting Cultural and Youth Projects).
Our objective was to revive Perm animal style, bring the interest back and enrich it with new meanings.
The idea of the project is to create a «time-machine» for an interactive journey into the world of ancestors.

Strategy
To build a communication platform and engage a wide audience in the project. To involve young people in studying history of the region in a playful way.

Implementation
We organized an unusual stand at the largest festival in the city "White Nights in Perm". Faces in Perm animal style were put on a transparent stand and every visitor of the festival could «try them on», discover similarities and differences. A professional photographer took pictures and they were posted on the project pages in social media daily. The participants found themself on photos, shared the content with friends on facebook and VK.

Results
Perm citizens and festival guests loved this friendly and interesting entertaining project. More than 500,000 spectators visited the stands. More than 30 000 photos were uploaded to social media. Today, we’re planning the development of "new faces" in various spheres - digital art, music and design. We are preparing a mobile stand that will represent Perm animal style and Perm region in different countries.
