DescriptionThe setting, the main stage of the festival that allowed for 1200 guests last year, was subjected to change. In 2012, setting up a unique tent pavilion of 2500 sq.m. made room for 2500 guests. Wi-fi zones were placed on the three main locations of the festival (Pototsky palace, Rynok square, and Bohdan Khmelnytsky park), and an entire site was developed for the festival, enabling the visitors to access social networks and post their photoreports, tweets, and the reviews of festival events on the festival’s Internet resource. A separate lounge zone has been created for VIP guests on the second floor. The stage on Rynok square was built in accordance with the city’s architecture, in the shape of a curved house with turrets. It was also enlarged, allowing for a broader view of the square for the guests. Each of the open stages was equipped with the access points for the Web and other platforms. The main stage performance was showed on three wide photodiode screens in the park for free. An award (named after Eddie Rozner) for jazz music popularization was introduced and presented for the first time.
