Description | Task: Organize the celebration of March 8 for the employees of all 8 branches of the Interpipe company, organize a female beauty contest for the employees The concept of “Interpipe Goddess” gave a role of a certain goddess of Interpipe pantheon to each of the company’s female employees. Greeting points decorated in Greek mythology theme were opened in all the plants. 14 participants were chosen among 6000 company’s employees to be later categorized in two groups – one younger than 35 and another one older. Each of the participants was supplied with her own themed dress, headwear, and accessories. The work of a team of styling and visage specialists, hairdressers, photographers, choreographers, vocalists, performancers, acrobatics, special effects, and defile coaches continued for 30 days. The work was organized in a way that enabled limiting preparation to 30 days compatible with normal work schedule of each of the participants, as every goddess prepared with her own team of specialists. The participants spent 4 last days of preparation in a training camp where they devoted all their time to getting ready for the event. |
