DescriptionThe task:
To congratulate customers with the holidays, to maintain their loyal attitude to the agency, to differentiate the agency from the competitors.

Target audience:
Chief executive officers and marketing directors of big companies.

Strategy:
At the beginning of every year: for the New Year, for February 23 and for March 8 holidays – customers usually receive a lot of presents from agencies. What is the way for the one to distinguish itself from the ocean of agencies?.. The last word always sticks to the memory, that is why we decided to concentrate on April 1 holiday.

Problem:
There is a rubber stamp: directors are very serious people. Quite often it is actually true.
April 1 is the day when all people play tricks on each other, though directors keep aloof from this fun.

Idea:
To dismantle the existing rubber stamp. To arrange everything in such a manner that even the most serious directors want to join the celebration and could play tricks on the others.

Solution:
The everyday duties of directors include signing of various documents, orders and agreements… That is why we created a holiday kit of anti-rubber stamps containing funny phrases, with the help of which it is easy to play joke on company colleagues, partners and employees.

Results:
Every single person liked our holiday kit of anti-rubber stamps.
We introduced a simple instrument to the directors of the companies; with the help of this instrument they can create a warmer atmosphere within the company and can make business meetings friendlier and less formal.
The agency received a lot of positive feedback and customers’ loyalty in abundance.
