DescriptionSituation. Spartak HC showed poor results in the last KHL season. It did not even reach the playoffs. The team rolled down to the level of the least visited team in the league.

Task. Return fans to the stadium and to stir up their feelings and emotional bond with Spartak HC.

Insight. Fans can be very disappointed with their favorite club but still they know at heart that the world would be much worse without it. Clubs also understand that they are nothing without fans.

Solution. “Thank you for being there”. This is an Internet campaign which includes 2 videos. The first video is dedicated to the club and the second one is dedicated to the fans.

Results. Over 150,000 fans watched the videos by Spartak HC online a week before the new season started.
The leading Russian sports portal sports.ru placed this campaign into top 3 of the best campaigns in the KHL history.
Average attendance per match at the season beginning rose by 20%.
