Michael Maslov is a partner of Ketchum, as well as the CEO and co-owner of the agency Ketchum Maslov. Mr. Maslov perform operational management of the agency. He is responsible for the strategic development of the company, also he is in charge of corporate practices and advises a number of key clients. C 2006 to 2010, Mr. Maslov - co-founder and General Director of Maslov PR, Ketchum's exclusive partner in Russia and CIS countries. Previously, from 1993 to 2006, he was Deputy Director and Senior Partner of Maslov, Sokur and Partners Agency . In the early 90's, Mr. Maslov was an officer, and later headed the press office of the School of International Business (SMB) MGIMO, and also worked as an assistant to the Head of Public Relations of the Moscow delegation of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) . In 2003, Mr. Maslov headed the Russian Association of consultancies in the field of public relations (ICCO) and represented Russia in the Council of ICCO. From 2005 to 2009 he was the official representative of Russia in the Council of the International Association of Public Relations (IPRA). In 1995, Mr. Maslov graduated from the Faculty of International Information of the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (University) MFA.
