He started his career in marketing in 2000 as one of the founders, and then as the leader of «Reklamaster» online project.
Since joining the company in 2004 Victor has seen accomplished more than 200 projects in various communication spheres - ATL, BTL, direct, digital.
In 2008, Victor was appointed as OgilvyOne Director (digital and direct).
In 2008, 2010 and 2011 OgilvyOne became the only creative agency to win Effie Awards for digital projects.
In 2010, Victor became Ogilvy & Mather Managing Director.

Also in 2012, the Agency is found to be the most effective in Europe, according to EFFI + Warc.

In 2011, the campaign for Commerzbank Forum was named the best banking advertising in Europe.
