Pavel Klubnikin is Founder and Creative Director at Banda Agency, based at Kyiv. Founded in 2011, Banda Agency has been named Agency of the Year 2012 at Effie Awards and is the fastest growing independent agency in Ukraine. Previously, he worked as senior art director at Leo Burnett. And five years in row get on the stage to pick up Creative Agency of the Year. Pavel has won many industry awards for creativity, including at New York festival, Epica, Golden Drum and recently two short lists at Cannes Lions.
