Evija began her career as press secretary of political association. After that she worked in investment, construction, TV companies, Latvian University and Financial department of the Riga City Council as PR consultant. In 2010 Evija worked in PR agency Nords Porter Novelli as the head of Customer Service. In January of the last year Evija headed agency and became the board member.  In her duties has been included strategic planning and agency management, involvement of new clients, consultations, project development "The Enterprise with the Best Reputation" in cooperation with the DienasBizness newspaper, and the TEDxRiga conference organization.
