The Second Awards Ceremony will be held in The Old Theatre Building
«Skarbek Theatre» or «The Old Theatre» is unique building, which was constructed in 1842. Today the troupe of National Academic Ukrainian Drama Theatre named Mary Zankovetska is working here.
Niccolo Paganini, Ferenc Liszt, Sara Bernard performed here in due time. And on this stage The Second Awards Ceremony will be held on May,25
The complex was built in the location of bastions, which surrounded the Lower Castle and its foundation was made of 16,000 oak logs. In 1842 it was the third biggest building of Central Europe(one thousand four hundred and sixty seating here). Apart from the theatre itself, the complex also included apartments, for such famous personalities as Artur Grottger and Juliusz Kossak.
During The Second Awards Ceremony, the winners of «Outdoor», «Radio», «Creative use of Media», «Press» and «Film» will be announced.
For participation in the festival events, you should register accreditation on the festival site www.kiaf.com.ua to May, 10.
